I am using MC41FS in non safety application. During cranking voltage drops, but not low enough to reset module.
Module hangs up and stays that way until power recycle. Can I restart application back up with SW?

No, the short answer is that the only existing method for recovering after a critical stop is to cycle the power supply off and back on again.
I got word from my colleagues at the sales company that you are already discussing this issue, so I'll try and gather some more info about the problem that way.
Power cycle after cranking without stopping engine is bit problematic.
Issues came up with empty battery and I was not able reproduce it afterwards.
At least in this case module reboot would be nice instead of critical stop.
Thanks. If you run in to this again, I would be interested to know if the blink code was either:
4:2:1:1:1
or
4:2:2:1:3
Both blink code sequences indicate a critical under voltage, but if it is the later of the two it tells me the voltage did not drop as low.
