Motor control with MC41 in full bridge mode

What is the best way connect motor in full bridge mode to MC41?

With MC4x-series, there is unfortunately no method for combing the PWM outputs to form a H-bridge. 

This is due to the way the PWM out HS+LS channels are controlled.
