I have an IQAN-MD3 that on start up gives System message "Safe mode. Application not loaded." I have multiple employees using this device, therefore can't get an answer about what circumstances may have created this... How can I get it to Startup?

To start in safe mode, press the escape button and hold during power up. In safe mode you can then upload a new application to the IQAN-MD3. To exit safe mode, turn the unit off and power up normally

It already starts in Safe Mode. I can not get it to start up normally, even after restart.

Then it sounds as if the escape button is stuck/damaged on your MD3 making it always enter safe mode on startup.

We do not sell the capsule/keypads as spare parts but it is still possible to send the MD3 in for repair, contact your local Parker sales company for instruction on how to proceed if you want to do a repair.
