Relay on XC43 HSDOUT caused Open Load error

We've used the 24V DC relay (datasheet is attached) on a XC43 High Side DOUT, but it doesn't seem to like the relay and show us a Open Load error. Could you please help us understand why this happened? Is there anything we need to pay attention to when using relay?Section-1_35_2018.pdf

When the DOUT is ON, open load detection is made by measuring current.

Your data sheet says the 24 V coil has a power consumption of 408 mW. This means it only draws 408 mW /24 V = 17 mA of current.

On the XC4 Digital out HS, the under current threshold is 30 mA.

To disable this, locate the pin property DOUT under current detection on the module and set it to No.
