Hi, I have a MD4 display and it does not recognize the ID tag anymore. Already did a update to the last firmware but without results. Any suggestions?

How are the connections in the back of the display? We had a similar fault and turned out of be a bad crimp terminal not making good contact with the MD4 terminal.
the contact pins look good, also when we change the display, the new one works with no problem
If you suspect damage on the MD4 module, you could check with the Parker company what it would cost to have it sent for repair-investigation.
An easy test you could do yourself is to measure voltage on the ADDR pins and compare with the known good unit.
