MD4-5,XA2,XC42 "No contact Error"

Jeffrey 2 days ago in Expansion modules / XA2, XS2 updated 2 days ago 1

Recently we encountering "No Contact Error" in our system,  but we found out that the cause of the problem is when the XA2 unit temperature goes to 42-46 degree it creates no contact error, but my question is, why it is happening if the operating temperature of the XA2 is up to 70 degree Celsius. I check on Diagnostic, Voltage are okay, Status okay, Address okay, only that the temperature is high.

I hope this will help to others, we found the cause of errors, it was because of the termination Resistor on our system. it was terminated with only 120ohms resistor at MD4, but on the end of the CANBUS at XA2 we didn't put anything. But after installing the additional 120 Ohm resistor, we didn't encounter anymore the "No contact error" even the XA2 is already at 50 degree Celsius.
