CAN routing function on MC43-FS controller

I have an application that I would like to gate messages between 2 CAN buses using the CAN routing function. Other unrelated functions are safety related though, so I need to use the MC43-FS controller. When I select the -FS version of this controller in IQAN Design, the CAN routing function is not present. Is there a reason the routing function is disabled?

The reason we didn't include the CAN routing feature in MC4xFS in version 5.01 was to mainly to simplify the analysis of the software. This saved us some time during the MC4xFS development project. 


We have now had the time to review the CAN routing function in more detail, and we are considering enabling it also on MC4xFS. (from versions 5.05 and 6.01).
