Good question!

The -M24 versions will be the ones that will remain.

The classic versions will, due to age of some components, be discontinued within a couple of years.

Please explain what -M24 is all about.  I do not see information on it anywhere.

Thank you

-M24 is a hardware maintenance update for MC4x, MC4xFS and XC4x.

Some of the components such as the lowside drivers and CAN transceivers have been upgraded to newer versions, to make sure we can keep building it without interruption.

In IQANdesign you use it like the original, when the IQAN application is updated to 7.03 or newer it runs on both versions of the hardware.

A nice improvement is that the new CAN trancievers have SiC, improving the ability to run higher CAN FD speeds in practice.

Thank you

Will the -M24 modules remain something you only order if you want them, or is the entire line going to migrate to being all -M24 modules?
