Using IQAN sync, we connect to the G11 through blue tooth and then receive a Socket Error#60. Any ideas? Looks like the phone is connected to the machine through blue tooth but is not establishing an internet connection (no green light). This was after asked us to update the firmware in the G11. Any ideas?

Hi everyone, i try to config the IQAN G2 module, but there are an error that IQAN run cannot recongize Can modem. My can-adapter cable is IFM EC2112, i dont know that because the cable or not. I already try in IQANRun 3 and 4. Any body introduce me the right name can-adapter for IQAN G2, thank you so much.

I can save my log files to Excel file with my normal desktop IQAN Run.

Is this possible also with Run App version?

If not, could you make it possible?

Otherwise it is no use to me (or to our customers) to buy this App.

In 4.04 the application file name string length seems to be restricted. 4-4.03 seemed to allow much long file names. Is this intentional ?

Feature request:

Would it be possible to write custom CAN frames using the G11 Bluetooth modem? This could prove to be a very useful feature.

If not in IQANsync then how about inside IQANrun?

Wanted to see if there are planes to create a full version of RUN for the android tablet? If so is there a timeline?

Is a first time I have this problem wich the MD3 .
When I want adjust my parameter since the MD3, is not possible.
In my programme, I Have créated the adjust groups ("Réglages")
with a PIN code

When I look the MD3, I have a green clamping for indicate to the user that there is a PIN code.

with the Up and Down button , i select my adjust group and i push on the ok button and i write my PIN code.

After, I Want select the Function parameter but it's not possible. I am blocked and I have another green clamping.

Its possible to tell me why my Fonction parameter is boqued ?

For information, I have a 4.03.27 Iqan Version

I have been testing with the G11 device and Sync for a few months now and continually run into the same problem.

If if have a system that has been written without the G11 device options than i have to connect with another tool such as CAN, USB Ethernet to add it. I think this greatly limits this tools potential.

I would like to see a new version of IQAN Design that has the G11 defaulted into each program (and have all settings set to ALWAYS) so we can connect with IQAN Sync at anytime without first having to reprogram for it.

There are customers that are interested in using this technology but will have to have their program edited for the G11 to work. If the new version of design had this preset than all new program that we write will make way for an easy sale of a G11 and connect subscription.

Hi we have had a customer report 'IQAN Network Key Not Recognised' error appearing on MD4-7 with a 3 master system (2 x MC3). We are currently unable to access logs and see if this error has logged. There is no photograph of the error displayed on the screen, the operator only recalled it after the shift, therefore the error may have been worded slightly different.

Is there information on this type of error and what it means? I have looked through the manual and cannot find anything along these lines. I wondered if it was a project ID mismatch error?

What happens if the application running on the MC3 crashes? Does the safety ASIC reacts and brings all of the outputs to a safe state (unpowered)? Thanks!
