I have 2 reports of Vref Errors and they are reading right around 5V, which is normal, what can cause this? The picture below was taken from a video of one of the customers machines. the other codes are sensors that are picking up and dropping from what i am assuming is the root of the Vref Error.

Can you access the machine ID so that you could change it via the display.  We are looking to have our tech on the line add the machine ID (which in numbers only).  This would allow us to add a password protected screen for them to add the ID and other info.  This would allow us to preload the program and tech not have to plug in with a computer on the line.

Is the G11 capable of reciving Bluetooth signals from a bluetooth sensor to be displayed the screen?

I found this Bulletin LMI HY33-5054_US and I like to know how can i do this program Because this bulletin says someting about boom length sensors. But I can´t find information about this sensors or how can I measure length of the crane booms?

It would be nice if you could scale a custom image in the display page. If a custom PNG or SVG is created you must resize it out side of the IQAN and bring it back in.

I would like to access the adjust screen to adjust a text parameter similar to how the Action of a VIN channel can be used from a display screen. However, I do not want to us a VIN. Instead I would like to use internal logic (i.e IF X= True AND Y = True goto Adjust Paramter Z). Is this possible? Thanks

I have started using the G11 for remote diagnostics on a basic level until the point I have a better grasp on using it. We just installed it on one of our "Problem Child" machines as long as the tech was there. This was to not only test the system at a further distance than our shop floor to the office but to help dianose any future issues they may have. I had my Tech connect and we tried to communicate (see below clip). From my understanding I have everything correct and the g11 is up to date. I can find no trouble shooting documentation as how to diagnose or fix this issue.

Hello , I have an older MDL2 panel that suddenly gave an error message . ( see picture )

I can't get contact with the panel using design unless I start up in safe mode .

When I load the program in safe mode it will say the application is loaded but than when i start the MDL2 up again I get the same error .

Program used is Iqandesign 3.19.9

Is there a way to solve this or is the MDL2 broken ?
