Is there any example or documentation to read regarding how to use joysticks with can interface? And what to think about to get it safe and smooth. Thanks.

For remote troubleshooting, it would be very helpful if there was a way to measure the individual input signals on the DPCNT-channels.
As it is today, particularly on sensors with high resolution, it it can be difficult or impossible to determine remotely if the sensor lost power, if one channels is not working, if the outputs are shorted to ground or to feeding voltage, if one of the two channels drops pulses and so on.

Customer is having an error while installing newly purchased version of IQANRUN6.08.  The installation errors out when it tries to access the internet to download the setup files for IQANRUN2.  

The customer should not need this so I am going to have them unselect this option, but something in the installer or location of this file is broken.

I tried to install IQANrun with an administrator account, and i registered the license. But the license is not shared with the other local user accounts on the same PC. We have many users who share the same PC. How do I install the license without having to activate the license in each user account ? Thank for your help.

How can I get a copy of the terms and conditions for D7 IQAN design -Corporate?

I have this external function that, for an obscure reason, is not allowing the adjust items from being modified. I created new adjust groups in the main project with the same adjust items and they are still locked. I created new adjust items from scratch in the external function and they also show as locked, even though they are set to Enabled (as shown).
Is there a way to disable ALL adjust items from an external function? I feel like there is a hidden property somewhere that needs to be toggled that I can't see.
I'm currently working with IQANDesign 6.08.28.8214, I also checked release notes up to latest IQAN7 and could not find anything related to a known bug solved in more recent releases.

I am needing information about the TPOUT channel that the manual does not provide.

I want to send message using J1939 to a 3rd party that will display the message on a user display. (NOT IQAN)

I need know how the message is sent in the TPOUT J1939 data packet.

Can I use the TPOUT channel, or do I need to convert the message from ASCII to HEX and send using a JPOUT channel?

Is it send as a multipacket with one char per byte?

If so, which char is offset bits 1-8, first char in the message or last char in the message.
