I'm encountering a problem with the downloding of the log files in IQAN run 7.

when I select all log then it shows the component, but after I selected to get all records it will not show the component anymore, and it will only show : "Unknown component"

What does !!! 0,00 mV mean in the Log's status ?

My collage has a problem that I don't have an answer for.

I'm trying to connect the  MLD2 to my laptop using IQANRUN2 software, but I'm having trouble establishing a connection.

Why isn't the connection working properly?

It feels like I can only connect once after trying about 20 to 30 times.

I also borrowed an other connecting USB cable and tried it, but the result was the same.

I will check if he has a USB-CAN dongle and connecting by CAN

Our software engineer creates measure groups with relevant I/O channels in each group. In IqanRun 6, I am able to add any I/O from different measure groups to the multimeter. I can then make a truck measurement of the multimeter group that contains all of the chosen I/O that I would like to have for that particular measurement. The multimeter function is not available in IqanRun 7. This means I can only make a measurement of a single defined measure group at a time. This is a big loss of functionality during the test and development of our products. Is it possible to add this back please?

I have a new business laptop, how do I transfer my active iqan from my current laptop to the new one?

I have an issue with iQAN Run 7 when trying to program a single MC43 for use as a field replacement. When programming the module using a CAN adapter, the firmware and program go into the module, but after the restarting MC4[1], the process seems to get stuck at "Waiting for MC43[1]".

When I look at the MC43 it is now blinking a 3:1 CAN, no contact fault. Am I doing something wrong here?

Currently, if you navigate away from the recording page for a group of measurements, a pop-up window prompts you to save or cancel the measurement.

Is it possible to add the ability to resume the measurement if you accidentally click on another menu?

This issue can occur repeatedly, especially when working in the rain on a touchscreen computer.

Are there any updates about potential IQAN Run compatability with iOS? We have service/sales personnel who would like to use a MacBook with IQAN Run.

wonder why there is an unexpected spike freq.

and the unexpected freq is not always happen, but rarely happen, makes troubleshoot even more difficult.
