I’m experiencing an issue with running an IQAN script automatically via the command line (CMD or PowerShell). I need to retrieve logs from a Parker Hannifin controller installed on a mining machine, and it’s essential that no interaction windows are displayed during this process. I’ve followed the scripting format outlined in the IQANrun user manual on page 117, but I’m unsure if there are additional configurations needed to establish a fully automated connection. Any guidance would be greatly appreciated!

This is the Screen I need to AVOID, I just need to connect direct to this Controller.

Here are the Commands I used so far:

-cif Ethernet -mac 3c-e4-b0-34-ea-38 -silent -send -script 'C:\Users\RHM\Documents\IQAN Files\GetLogsV2.0_l.issx'

When programming a cluster on one of our dumper machines, we get a Socket Error #10061 saying connection refused, it is able to complete the rest of the process completely fine programming the body controller etc. 

Can you allow zoom in/out in IQANrun when we are in Project View ?

It's possible in IQANdesign, but not in IQANrun.

And also to move the screen right and left with the pad with 2 fingers, like it's working up/down.

Also for IQANdesign.

We are testing touch tablets for our operators to set the machines.

The one I have on test right now is a GETAC A140, for information.

When using IQANrun7.02, if I select an area where I have to write something like the user name or a value,

the keyboard doesn't open automatically.

I don't know if it's something to set on your software or on the computer...

But I have to open the touch keyboard manually :

How do we flash IQANDesign application to ECU? What all hardware connection we need? Do we have any flashing procedure document available?

I really need to extract logs from the clone file directly to avoid unnecessary trip to customer to try to retrieve just the log file.

I have only clone file with logs because they could get that in the field without IQANRun freezing. 6.08

One log is big and it takes ages to load the clone file in the IQANRun. IQANRun informs many times during opening that it seems that the application is frozen and offers to close it.

I can get the clone file loaded just by continuing the opening even when the IQANRun states that it is frozen.

Same is true when trying to receive log file from the machine in the field. It takes ages and informs multiple times that the application is frozen, but I think if you just push continue it will eventually get the log.

Why it takes soooo long and how do I get the logs out from the clone file?

How can I view settings for my machines without logging into them. I have the setting files *.irsx

How can I view the settings in IQANrun 7 from a settings file or clone file? I would like to print these, but I can't get them onto the screen at all. Thanks in advance for the explanation.

With IQAN Run 6, I was able to connect to devices via CAN and Ethernet from my computer. However, it does not see the devices in 7. If you have any ideas as to why this might happen, I would like your support.
