Just wondering what is the benefit of the IQAN app over the IQAN free app available on I Tunes.

"compare with" does nothing (V4.05 &V4.06)
I am not sure If I am doing something wrong, but the "Compare with" in the File menu does not seem to do anything? I click on it it opens the File search box, I select the File I want to compare with and Click OPEN button. The dialog closes then nothing... I stay on whatever page was open before. No comparison box shows up. Any special setting?
ISO image error
I recently completed a project that was built from a previous program (started with Version 4 program). Somewhere along the way, an ISO lamp image became invisible. I'm not sure how it happened, but the only way to fix it was to add the same lamp image (same size and color), delete the old one, then use the 'undo' command. When the lamp image came back on the screen, it was correct and visible. I'm not sure how this could have happened, since this area of the screen and all related channels were unchanged from previous program.
MC3 LED flash not listed in manual?
We have an MC3 controller with a flash code not listed in the manual.
Can anyone clarify what this flash means please? It appears to prevent the controller from accepting software and it fails to boot. We have various CAN Open sensors connected to the system, not sure if its linked to this?
4 x red flash, 1 x amber, 2 x amber, 1 x amber, 1 x amber, 3 x amber.
Simulator problem
I have a problem with my IQAN simulate. When I run my project, aplication showing error problem
I just got your submitted bug report on IQANsimulate. It looks like there is a problem with one of the logs in the MD4 simulator. If you find and delete the log files for the simulated project it should work again. IQANsimulate stores the log files in the following folder:
C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Local\IQANsimulate 4\<Project ID>\<Module type-Address>\Logs
- Replace <username> with your windows username
- Replace <Project ID> with the id of your project (can be found in project statistics in IQANdesign)
- Replace <Module type-address> with e.g. MD4-7-0 for and MD4-7 with address 0.
If you want you can submit the log files to us for examination before deleting them (maybe we can get some clues to why they will not load). In that case you can use this link: https://iqan.sharefile.com/filedrop
CRC Channel
In 4.06 I do not see a value in the CRC channel when using Measure or Simulate. Do we have to look on the CAN bus?
G11 Socket Error 60
Using IQAN sync, we connect to the G11 through blue tooth and then receive a Socket Error#60. Any ideas? Looks like the phone is connected to the machine through blue tooth but is not establishing an internet connection (no green light). This was after asked us to update the firmware in the G11. Any ideas?
MD4-7 J1939 comunication
I have a MD4-7 display to read the CAN and I have problem to get the the PGN 65282 or any adder to be read by the display see attach snap shot. I have installed also an MD3 display on the same CAN and that one can read the can massage with no trouble. see attach snap shot The can trafic are only 25%.
Camera and message MD4.
Is it a way to get the Massage to be on the top of a camera screen now the massage be block off by the camera image.

If the “Value” is a long text string, then it is clipped on in the Adjust Parameters Menu. Please make this text fully visible.
