Multiple actions for touch screen buttons
It would be a nice feature to have where we could add more touch screen button actions.

J1939 training information?
I have some training documents (presentations etc) on CAN Open but we are now using a device connected to IQAN that uses J1939. Are there any presentations or information documents etc that anyone has that a link can be provided for this communication protocol please?
Does anyone have an experience with communication to a proportional valve driver on a J1939 device on IQAN, perhaps a sample project?

Large Quantity of States
I'm going to be using a large number of states (30-50) for a state parameter that is user selectable. There will then be some math channels that need to do something different depending on the state selected.
Are there any performance problems to be expected by having this many states? Or is this totally acceptable?

Infared Camera
I have a need for an infrared camera that will be used with an IQAN MD4-7. If you have any suggestions please let me know.

Dither on MC43?
Many years ago we used to have dither control on COUT's, but this was removed a while back i believe. We have an application that requires some dither control on some current outputs from an MC43, can anyone suggest a good way of integrating it? I cant see anything that points towards dither frequency (only PWM frequency) in the module configuration settings?

errror reloading file when I use 2500mA
If I make a Current out whit max. the value to 2500, if I save it and leave it again I get the error message
Then I have to put the current out on the 2nd, and then it is good again, but after reloading I get the error message again

Iqan Simulation window invisible
I was developing in Iqan 6.01. Started a simulation. When the simulation was running, I could not display the simulation page or the simulated screen. The icon was visible in the taskbar but clicking on it would not display it. It seems that the window was outside of my screen space.
When I stopped it the simulation page is visible but I cannot stop it/close it. Here is a
screen shot of my full set-up. I can see the corner of the simulate screen but whenever I click on it Window Chimes but does not get focus. Cannot use the Close button.
I have dual 4K screen on top and Full HDMi on bottom
will have to kill the simulate task thru the system manager.
Here is the screen shot when when Simulate runs:
If I click on the Simulate icon, then inside the popup for the window, all my other windows are closing as long as I hold the mouse.
Not sure if related, but when starting the simulation, using a previous simulation file I get an error about missing external function then other warning about not reading all the set-up.
Move the Simulation window during the initialization to top right monitor. same issue. Now also have Icon bottom of right monitor which would indicate this is the page the window should be in but nothing will show. Ran out of space to add this last screen shot..

Reset/clear GPIN value
Is there a way to reset a Generic parameter in channel.
For example if I use a GPIN as a digital signal and it is set to 1 (true) and then iI I disable the function group containing the GPIN it will become 0 (false) but when i enable the FG again it goes back to the value 1 (true) again.
I want to be able to clear the GPIN from IQAN itself without being dependant of the issuer on the CAN-bus to clear it.

How do you access DM2 information?
I need top be able to access or display DM2 log information from the J1939 engine ECU when multiple FMI errors occur under a specific SPN

MD4-7 CAN Interruption
We have an MD4-7 integrated with a CAN Steering unit. The MD4 and CAN Steering unit are the only two nodes on the CAN Network, which is the MD4-7's CAN-C and is J1939. There are several JFINs/JFOUTs to/from the MD4 and one of the GFOUTs is a heartbeat set up to be sent continuously every 20mS.
The CAN Steering unit has internal diagnostics and has occasionally indicated that it has lost communication from the MD4. For this fault to trip, the CAN Steering Unit would need to miss 1 full second of messages from the MD4. At this time, we have ruled out a hardware issue (it isn't a bad connection or terminating resistor in the CAN network).
What known settings/bugs/errors, if any, are there that could interrupt a continuous JFOUT from the MD4-7 CAN-C?
