Is there a way for me to access a list of firmware updates? I would like to see a list and a description of what was changed with each update. I have noticed that there have been a few firmware updates recently and I would like to know what is being upgraded. Also, is there a process if needed to downgrade firmware?

We have experienced Iqan run/Sync not showing on list of programs to open when exporting with dropbox. Has anyone found a simpler solution than coping files from download to internal storage to Iqan document folder? It used to be easy solution to click export and file would open Iqan Run or Sync your choice

The valid range for the PWM Max MR is 100.  Does this mean the PWM be 100% on and 0% off (essentially a digital out)?  or is this a percentage value applied to the actual max (i.e. MAX MR = 100 is equivalent to a PWM wave form that is 95% on 5% off)?

With the lack of availability of MDL's, and the soon lack of support for XA2's, I have a customer with a bad MDL, so instead of purchasing and XA2 to cover the additional IO needed, I said its only a little more to purchase 2 XC43's, which the cost difference was worth it to not install another soon to be discontinued product. 

Here is where it got fun, the original program was designed in 2.63, XC43's can only be used in 6, you cant install an MDL in a 5 or 6 program. I had to open the 2.63 program in 4, add the MD4 and an XA2 to it and reassign all the IO to them, then save the project because when you go to delete the MDL it will crash every time. Then reopen the program in 6, add the XC43's re-allocate all the IO again... Seriously I can't make this up.... Can we please get 6 to allow us to open programs with an MDL in it much like the XA2's, please!

I have a bit of an odd question. what waveform would a 0-5vdc input be a square or a sine?

I have to work with IQANdesign5.04 and IQANdesign6. Both software are installed on my computer. Before I could open two application the same time by open IQANdesign and open a second application by just double clicking on windows explorer. 

Function groups, channels etc. could be easly moved by cut and past from one application to the other. 

Regarding th CM0504 module. What is the time to trip for the 25A current limit? If a motor is powered and spikes above 25A, will cause the module to fault? And will it recover?

We a lot of machines out in the field that still has MDM's that were programmed with the old IQAN develop. Our company is upgrading all of our laptops to Windows 10, am I going to have issues with any of the software for the older machines? We use design 2.63 on a lot of machines and develop on a smaller amount. Any insight into what will work and what won't would be a great help.

I'm having trouble connecting the G11 to a MD4.

the bus i use is B, wiring checked, resistors checked.

security setting on always allow

but still no contact whith the G11

the status LED sends waiting signal

i made a can reading but it looks like that there is no reaction from the G11 because there is no difference in date when the G11 is disconnected

the last time i used this G11 is about 2, 2.5 years ago, is it possible that it does not work with design 5?

or is it just broken?

Is there a way to manually reboot an MD4?  Somehow the program is stuck on the start up page and will not proceed to operational pages.
