Currently trying to connect to an MD4-5 via ethernet (using D6). When I connect the ethernet cable to my computer directly from the MD4, it says it is offline and no master is selected. The MD4 also does not show up as a device on the same network. We are using a generic ethernet cable and wondering if this could be a wiring issue? MD4 powers up when the system is ON.

Hie there...im having challenges getting pitch and roll from my UTS-G module. Address assigned to the module is 0 and it is registered by the MD4 master but no data. Ive set the resoulution to 0.002, offset to -64 and length ton 2 bytes on my J1939 parameter in channels. Kindly assist

Today was my first day using IQANdesign (version 6.08). I'm glad to report that I found most things intuitive.

I'm trying to send J1939 parameters from one master module to another. I've linked the parameters to a J1939 Frame out, but I can't get it to shake the error "Unassigned". I've read elsewhere that JFOUT needs to "be linked to a module".

Today(7/25/2022) I opened IQAN design 6.08 and I tried to access the "Iqan Home Page".  I was first redirected to my Default Browser and blocked by because of a potential hazard due to invalid certificate.  Then eventually landed on a Very generic Parker page which does not even recognize the word IQAN in the search....

I would like to ask for help or advice regarding my problem,

I would like to download apps from my old iqan mdm because the display is broken. I am using Iqan Develop 4.03 with a "change" license and I have a problem with the connection between the computer and the module. Program shows No response from iqan develop error. I changed various com port settings, but it did not help, I use an rs232 usb (Unitek) adapter, I have drivers installed. The adapter has an FTDI chip and I also uploaded the FTDI drivers but still nothing. In my computer I also have an RS232 input, but it works on win 10 and the system does not detect devices connected to the RS232 input in the computer. I have the original iqan-mdm diagnostic cable. On one side of the cable is an RS232 plug and on the other side is a round 8 pin plug that enters the mdm module. I would like to ask the forum for help because it is a very important matter for me. Some way to drag and drop channels into an object list would be cool. It would save a lot of time having to select single object then going over and typing or selecting the channel. Even it was just limited to the same function group.

How can I automatically update the System time for daylight savings (summer time)?  There is no additional device to use TDA?

ie if the Multi Master system is time synced with IQANrun during Summer Time (+1hr), then when the daylight savings finishes nd we go back to Winter Time, then the time is now incorrect.  Visa versa for Time Sync in Winter Time, when we enter Summer Time. I tried to find any articles in this Forumn, but  could not.

For a project I am trying to convert a Simulink model, DOF3_RRR, which consits out of DOF3_Robot and DOF3_ForwardKinematics into an IQAN file. However, I keep on getting this error in the build sumarry: "Code generation file does not exist.". You can find the full output in the attachments:
