Just to your information:

Error occured:

During resetting gradient value, I accidentally reset wrong value to 0 (Position [%] Stop 1, should have been Direction [°]) , was not accepted by IQAN Design software, should be minimum value 0,1, at that time the software freezes completely, could not approach any function in function bar (although I was able to start a new project) , had to restart desktop to reset freezed application.  Vastlopen Design.jpg

I sent my software (written in Iqan design 4.07.14) with Iqan run 4.07 to a MD3 with 4.07.7.

When I want do do that by CAN (kvaser) it is slow or wil stop during sending.

When I use USB it will easily and fast send the program to the MD3, after that the MD3 has 4.07.14 (right corner at startup)

We have many problems with slow (CAN) communication. Sometimes we think is is depending of which PC we use.

Can you explain what the reasons are of the difference between when we have slow and when we have fast communication?

And... am I the only one with this experience

We are implementing an application which requires limiting the rate of change of output. Is there any solution available in IQAN design ? The parameter is integer.

Hi, our construction plant field service engineers use the Samsung Active Tab 2 tablets for Mecalac dumpers as example, but one will not download the IQANGO app. It will though download the IQANRUN app, but as soon as you click go to IQANRUN it again says the device is not compatible. It does though work fine on other engineers running the same tablet. I have checked for all software updates, I have cleared google store cache and data, I have factory reset the tablet, but still when I search in google for IQANGO app and click install, it takes me to Playstore and says device is not compatible. Can anyone help with a workaround, or advise is it simply not possible?

Hi, are you all right?

I have this problem in the configuration below, which is the application for our double engine car.

At the insertion of the battery disconnect of the 1 st engine the alarm "mc43slave no contact" is activated because the other engine compartment has not yet disconnected battery on .

The two engine compartments have a distance of about 15mt .

You can avoid or delay this.

Is there a software command to send by can to accept and reset this alarm from another device (the Remote Control)?

In my program it would be nice to adjust the delay on/off of a digital parameter in each state.

I wish the lines following a channel block (before and after) would be shown above all other lines and all other channel blocks. This would make it easier to follow. And preferably another colour to better distinguish it from other lines even better? Green?

Customer has issues with slow IQAN system update over IQAN GO and G11.

So I tested following setup:

1) I connected a wireless access point from Zyxel (WAP3205v2) to IQAN MD4 with the ethernet cable. 

2) I set the switch on Zyxel to Access Point mode (AP) and turned on Wifi with a switch.

3) I connected my iphone to this new wifi.

4) I opened IQAN GO,  selected Wifi and connected to my IQAN system.

5) I downloaded my IQAN file stored to the phone (size 26006kB). I took less that two minutes.

I closed the Script manager panel in View > Script manager. 

Now I can't open it again what ever I try.
