
Hatz Engine CAN Throttle Issues
Hello,
My Customer is using a Hatz 4H50TIC diesel engine.
For this project, we are to throttle the engine using Can.
I have imported the pre-configured TSC1 Can solution. I changed nothing from the default settings/
So far, i show to be sending my command but the engine will not respond to anything no matter the settings. i cannot find anything from Hatz about TSC1 commands. If anyone has experience with can throttle on Hatz engines and has advice, that would be extremely helpful

IQANdesign 6.00 - Can not add Math or If function from menu
I have a Math Channel of type Internal Digital.
I can right click in the white space and select "Add Math Channel" or "Add Dual"
However if I use any of the menus above except for single channel nothing happens when I click for example "=" or "not".

IQANdesign 6.00 - Warning message dialog too small
When IQANdesign shows a warning dialog it is by default too small. The user needs to scroll or resize in order to read the complete message and the question to be answered yes or no.

Number resolution in the IQANdesign software

I have a Number resolution problem in Parker IQAN design:
520448+16/100=520448,20 ?
Is it just the Simulator or the resolution of a number in the IQANdesign software?

The Real value type in IQAN has 7 significant digits.

IQANdesign 6.00 - Undo not returning channel to original position
I have a channel "Production running" that I want to move inside the function. Originally it is here:
I move it down a few centimeters to this position:
Afterwards I realize this was a mistake so I hit CTRL+Z to undo. Instead of moving back to the original position the channel is moved to a new position like this:
Even if I try many times and move to different positions this item will always end up here after an undo. I have saved a copy of the project if you want to look at the project file.

Layered Base Display Pages
Would it be possible to allow base page layering? Say I have three pages base1, base2, and page3. If I use base1 as the base for base2 and base2 as the base for page3, right now page3 wouldn't show the controls from base1.

State Picker Text Does Not Update
I have a project where I am using State Pickers to select joystick button functions. The functions that show up in the state picker menu are defined using SMC channels. The SMC channels are defined using adjustable parameters. The problem I am seeing is that if I am on the display page where the state pickers are and I change the adjustable parameters the state picker menus do not update to reflect the new functions from the SMC channels that changed.

External Control, slider not selected
I am using external control with a Grayhill Encoder to select between 9 different tabs that each has a slider on them.
How can I make it so the cursor focus moves to the slider and the slider is selected when I click a tab?

What happens now:
1. Turn wheel to desired tab
2. Click button and the correct slider is shown
3. Turn wheel four times to hilight slider
4. Click button to select slider
5. Change slider parameter
6. Click button to save value and unselect slider
7. Turn wheel four times back to tab selection
I would like to automate step 3,4,7

QCode Components Improvements with Channel Types
Hello
I using only Qcode and I find it often hard, with the huge amount of channels names, to find the right one. I must often add the file types to the channel names. This helps a lot. For Example:A Internal Digital Channels will always get a postfix [IDC]. Function Parameter always get [FP]. I use the initials of your manual. But way is this not added automatically to the Component Prefix. (= the blue part)

Closed loop velocity control
I am working on a couple of projects where we want to use a PID loop for motor RPM control with encoders for feedback.
I set up the program with the encoders for feedback but when I run the simulation, the valve drive goes to zero when the encoder count matches the commanded speed. Based on this it appears the PID is set up for positioning. Can it be used for closed loop RPM control?
