    About Include CAN identifier in CRC parameter is that include PGN + priority + J1939 source address+data ?

As i made test seems they are concerned. My supplier obviously told me that the CRC calculate only related to PGN+data but it is strange that i need select Yes for include CAN identifier then i can get correct CRC results which supplier provide example for me. So that i hope to confirm CAN identifier elements.

I recently attempted to set a static IP address for a IQAN MC043 control module which we previously had used DHCP for (IP:10.2.1.177 Mask:255.255.240.0).

Upon doing this changeover I am no longer able to successfully connect to the IQAN. It connects (I am also able to ping so networking is fine and the indicator in the bottom of IQANRun window is green and says Online) then immediately receive the following message: Connecting to remote System Request rejected by remote user. The machine still operates but I am unable to view statuses or upload/download to the device. 

Is there something I am missing so I can re-establish connectivity?

Alternatively, is their a way to roll back the change back to DHCP to utilize discovery?

Is there any way to toggle display of images depending on which language is selected? My images contain text in multiple languages and I would like to display the image relating to the current language.

I have an application, where every now and then the display of the MD3 becomes all black.
I have to turn it off and back on to restore the display.

Hi, is it possible to generate a random number in realtime in a IQAN Design program? I'm using a MD4-10 and a MC43-FS in my system.

I do not see such a feature/function at the moment.

Basically, generating a random number between a specified interval of numbers. 

The type of CRC parameter that is only SAE-J1850 CRC-8 incl ID or SAE-J1850 CRC-8  for selection.  But i have a case that is SAE-J1850 CRC but it requires PGN not whole message ID.  How can i do to make it possible in IQANdesigned

I tried to upgrade a system with iqan connect from my computer with IQANdesign with IQAN connect to an iphone connected with G11.

The machine has MD4 and MC43 and XC21.

The MC43 has some CANopen inverters on a second CAN bus.

Iphone software version is 15.6.1

IQANgo version 6.08.22

The old firmware was 6.05.19.2782. While upgrading to 6.08 IQANdesign lost connection after a few minutes. Trying again many times always disconnects. Also with IQAN run through IQAN connect it disconnects.

Then we tried sending the file directly from IQANgo and exactly the same problem happens again and again. The MD4 disconnects at "Progress 11".

Then we connected with IQAN run through bluetooth on a laptop. The ugprade worked right away and went through on the first try.

I'm looking for IQAN Tutorial videos or training or a list of potential people who can program our MD-4 and two MC34 for a drill rig that I'm building. I've downloaded the software and have been trying it, but time is crucial for me. Any help would be appreciated.

Attempting to use a TPIN channel to decipher a software ID message. I would like to use the deliminator and retrieve the fifth field, but I am not seeing anything indicating that I can do this. The use of the delimiator is only providing the first field, can I parse through the delminated fields to the one I want?

When moving a group of channels by marking several channels and using Ctrl+Alt+<Arrows> (for precision moving), referred public scope channels will not follow and has to be manually dragged.

Annoying if you want to do small position adjustments on big group of channels where referred public scope channels are included, sometimes without realizing before it is too late.
