I updated my program file from IQAN design 5.8 to 6.3 with no problems. But when I try to upload to the machine I keep getting CAN not present error? 

Is there a simple way to replace an MD4 with one of a different size without having to manually move all of the logic, images, and display screens?      Is there a best practice for doing this?

Measured data over ethernet apperas to be manipulated at the  end of a measurment. 

During the actual measurment over ethernet the integers apper to be integers as they should.

When measurment is stopped, the values of integer math channels and Generic parameter in channels change from integers to decimal values. 

The values in the attached image that are converted to decimal values are either Generic parameter in or integer math channels. Event counters and internal digital channels stay as integers.

Hello everyone;

We have an application that contains MC41 as master module and XC43 as expansion module.

Master has IDTag 2 and expansion has IDTag 0. Both sides termination resistors connected. When the system is powered off, we measure 60 ohms between CAN-H and CAN-L terminals.

We uploaded software to MC41 but we have the problem that you can see below here. NO Contact problem in XC43.

Maybe we are missing some points. We need your advice on how to connect MC41 as a master and XC43 as a expansion module. Thanks in advance.

Hi, I have a MD4-7" running onboard a vessel connected to the local network onboard for remote diagnostics. The network administrator needs to know the server adress and port number that the iqan needs access to for it to be able to connect to IQAN connect server. This is due to the firewall on the local network onboard. 

The network onboard is asigning the MD4 an adress in the 192.168.36.xxx-series. And IP adress is set to default in IQAN design.

New versions of IQANdesign 5 and IQANsimulate 5 are released, with retro-fixes from 6.x.

For IQAN-MD4, this version solves a problem where the MD4: Flash memory error correction could fail. Although the probability of failure is low, updating is recommended to update to avoid potential problems. The same solution that is previously released in IQANdesign 6.04.

No new versions of IQANrun or IQANscript were needed for this release. 

One of our customer using an Android 11 (released 8th sept.2020) smartphone can not install the IQANgo app accessible from the Google playstore of the iqan.se website. Could the Android version be the reason for this failure to install the app ? Many thanks.

I purchased 5 Trucks that have Iqan - MD3 units. All the trucks are the same but one truck had a short and and the MD3 is shot. I purchased a used unit on ebay and it allows the truck to run but nothing works in the truck. Can I copy the software from another unit and delete the sofware on the used MD3 I Purchased?
