On behave of service we like to simulate customer Clone files, without any hardware to be easily helpful to our costumer.

This should be able by opening Clone file with Design.

Our multi master application needs all masters in clone file: check.........If not : message -could not open- appears

Clone version, Simulate version and Design version should match: Check

While the Clone file is opening, message setting to default confirmation appears, both options [Yes] or [No],  applied, 

but both options give the same result:

When Design (communication set to [Simulate]) is ready: 

1....Run  [ ► ]  or (F9)   Simulate will boot (Set to [NEW] and ready for simulate:  

Unfortunately all (state parameters) settings are set to default. 

2....Send Project [ |→] of [F11]:

error -Communication interface error, socket Error # 10061-  appears

To your information: Used software version Design-5.08 and Clone (Run) -5.07 and Simulate -5.08.

Is there a way to Simulate customer Clone file as service wishes ??

Is there a way to reference a transition in the FSM to block a channel? 

Is there a way to enter a 10 digit number in IQANdesign?

I tried using an Integer Parameter channel to do so, but it appears to only allow 9 digits.

The goal is to manually enter an IQAN module serial number since the MDGN channel for a serial number is in text format and there is no way to convert it to a numerical value.

We are using an MD4-7 / MC43 setup for our project and it crashes randomly. Oddly enough, the crashes only occurs for certain versions of our code which barely differs in terms of logic and processing power.

The following color is displayed by the MC43:
4x red, 1x yellow, 3x yellow, 4x yellow, 1x yellow, 2x yellow, and repeat.

Any thoughts on what could be causing this?

     I am unable to change values in 6.04 Design.  I have the ability in 5.07.  Uninstalled and reinstalled to no avail.

We have tried accessing a machine remotely and have the following message "no reply from IQANconnect server". is this a problem on Parker end? We have tried 2 PC's and have the same message.

I did set the G11 enable on false and also the Bluetooth enable on false, but still I can connect with IQANGO, and for example change the system ID. How can I disable the Bluetooth radio?

I'm having an issue with a My CAN bus D on an MC43. It had worked the other day then I had made a program change and now it continually gives me CAN Bus failure faults. I have disconnected the wires so there is no chance of a wiring issue. I have made a simple program that only sends one PGN out and that also fails. I have used known working code that i swapped from Can Bus E and the problem continues on D. This is happening on two different panels that I have. I have to think that it is some type of bug or the MC43 needs to be rebooted in some way but I have already sent a blank program to it.
